Our Annual General Meeting is at 7:30 pm on 20 October 2026. Join us at The Oaktree Tavern, 1/367 Forest Rd, The Basin.

Please support us as we reflect on and celebrate what we have achieved in the 2025-2026 financial year. The agenda includes:

• President's report
• Treasurer's report
• Election of office bearers (Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and 3x Ordinary Members )
